Panto-Rhythmica Workshop

A fun program of simple exercises combining elements of creative mime movement, dance, and laughing yoga technique.  Great for cardio-muscular toning and spontaneous self expression.  FREE introductory workshop taught by international mime artist Ognian Hristov.  Participants should wear comfortable shoes and clothing.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in.  Late arrivals will not be admitted.

About the teacher

Ognian Hristov, a native of Bulgaria, is a professional mime artist and teacher.  His extensive training includes theatrical mime, puppet theatre, circus arts, and clowning.  A former producer, director, and owner of theatre schools for children in Bulgaria and Zimbabwe, Oggie's performance and teaching career spans over 30 years and 3 continents.  He currently is ownder of Twin Oaks Center for Infinite Health, based in Westminster, CA and Pittsburgh, PA.  He offers workshops in Panto-Rhythmica, Didgeridoo, and more.
